Scope
These terms govern website use and the initial enquiry. They do not replace specific contracts with programmes, clinics, lawyers or other providers.
Initial enquiry
Submitting the form requests information only. It does not automatically accept a case, create a medical, legal or contractual relationship, or reserve treatment, carriers, donors, dates or pricing.
Individual assessment
Assessment may include clinical and family circumstances, residence, nationality, legislation, parentage, documentation, immigration, providers, budget, timing and security. Surrogacy 365 does not standardise cases.
Professional information
Diagnosis and treatment belong to healthcare professionals; individual legal advice to authorised lawyers. General website information is not a substitute.
Providers, costs and changes
Providers may act independently. Initial costs are indicative until contracted and can vary due to external conditions, extraordinary expenses or exchange rates. Programmes and destinations may change.
User duties
Users must be 18 or over, provide truthful information, avoid sharing third-party data without authority and use the site lawfully. Particularly sensitive documents should not be sent in the first message.
Results and liability
No pregnancy, birth, clinical outcome, administrative decision or legal recognition is guaranteed. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected.
